Why we use it

We use your details to reply to enquiries, prepare quotes, carry out agreed work, and keep records for tax and insurance. Our lawful bases are performance of a contract, our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and legal obligation for record keeping.

Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only where needed: with suppliers or subcontractors working on your job, our accountant, our insurer, or where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted within 12 months. Records of completed work are kept for six years for tax and insurance purposes.

Your rights
